A full service summary + recommendations for any needed repairs or upgrades
This type of overhaul is ideal if your pond hasn’t been maintained in a while, shows heavy sludge / algae / plant overgrowth, or before the start of a new season.
-
We’ll assess your pond initially to recommend a plan based on size, complexity, and your needs.
For spring start‑ups or seasonal transitions (spring opening, fall shut‑down), we’ll schedule clean‑outs or check‑ups as needed.
Regular maintenance visits occur at the agreed-upon frequency (monthly / bi‑weekly / weekly depending on plan).
Billing is handled on a schedule (annual or monthly), with transparent invoices.
If you cancel or want to change plan levels, you can — we’re flexible and adaptive.
-
To keep our packages affordable and fair, some items may be considered extras or “out of scope,” unless you explicitly add them:
Major equipment replacement (pumps, liners, large filters)
Large scale repairs or renovation work
Fish purchase, heavy restocking, or major plant overhauls
Frequent emergency call‑outs (outside standard maintenance schedule) unless covered under premium plan or add‑on
Water feature deeper than a certain depth (if beyond typical maintenance scope — may require special pricing)
Situations where a pond hasn’t been maintained for multiple years (will require deep clean, inspection, possible surcharge)
-
Consistency & Prevention: Regular maintenance keeps your pond ecosystem balanced - fewer algae blooms, healthier fish/plants, less risk of shock or filter failures.
Cost‑effective: Packages spread the cost and usually work out cheaper than repeated one‑off services, especially when factoring in seasonal clean‑outs.
Convenience: From scheduling to billing to service - we handle it all. You don’t need to remember when to clean filters, test water, or dose bacteria.
Peace of Mind: Seasonal shifts, water chemistry, plant growth, fish health - we monitor it all. You get a healthy pond without the stress or time commitment.
-
Q: How do I know which plan is right for my pond?
A: We review your pond’s size, water volume, fish and plant load, and your desired level of maintenance. Based on that, we recommend a plan that balances upkeep with cost.Q: Are deep cleans or seasonal shutdowns included?
A: Yes, all plans include a spring clean up and fall shutdown. Exploratory drain & cleans will be added as an additional expense to each plan.Q: What if I need emergency help - pump failure, algae bloom, leaks?
A: Premium plan holders get priority scheduling and we offer emergency service calls. For others, we will do our best to accommodate at our soonest availability - extra labor/material charges may apply.Q: How is pricing determined?
A: Pricing depends on pond size, maintenance frequency, complexity (fish load, plants, equipment), and any add-ons.
